An environmentally-acceptable ready-to-use glycol-free heat transfer fluid, excellent for building HVAC systems, food and refrigeration technologies, and for industrial heat transfer needs. It is available in 2 concentrations: Thermera AC (-15) and Thermera R (-35).
Thermera is a mixture of ion-exchanged water and betaine, completed with non-toxic additives. Betaine, or trimethylglycine, is a natural product and by-product of the sugar manufacturing process, creating an environmentally-friendly end product. Betaine is used in several products in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries, and as a chemical it has been known for decades.
Thermera's thermal performance has been proved to be of the same class as that of the conventional heat transfer fluids. Thermera offers the advantages of non-toxicity, solute solubility, and excellent cold-flow and anti-corrosive features.
An environmentally-adapted non-toxic and glycol-free ready-to-use solution with exceptional cooling properties, suitable for use anywhere an HTF is required, either in stationary or mobile equipment. Made of two specific salts in water solution, together with unique anti-corrosive and lubricating additives, the product is supplied ready mixed and is intended to be used undiluted.
Areas of use include refrigeration and freezing systems, the food industry/food retail, heat recovery, climate control, ice rinks and ski slopes. Temper is an ideal replacement for glycol in these areas.
Temper is marketed in 4 versions, where the designation indicates the freeze protection level: -20, -30, -40, and -55.
Monopropylene glycol with corrosion inhibitors. Available in 25L, 60L, 210L and 970L containers and diluted to order.
Designed for use in industrial refrigeration and heat systems operating a low temperatures (>-20 degrees). This formula is suitable for food applications and doesn't contain Nitrates, Amines, Phosphates or Borax.
